This is a Moffett Mounty M2003 mounted on a close coupled tri-axle trailer.  The trailer is designed to carry a Moffett truck mounted forklift.  The axles are mounted further to the rear of the trailer and a lift axle is fitted to compensate for the weight of the Moffett Mounty on the rear.
